A·01Scheduling for small teams · 2025
A calendar built around focus time instead of meetings — the default view protects blocks instead of listing them.
product design — selected work
I’m T. Sharma, a product designer working across brand and UI. I take early-stage ideas from a blank canvas to a shipped, working screen — and I sweat the grid to get there.
grid: 16 × 12 · unit: 8px · v2.1
selected work
Concept studies exploring how I approach product design end to end — grid refs stand in for a case-study index.
Scheduling for small teams · 2025

Expense tracking · 2024
Reworked a spreadsheet-shaped expense tool into something a small business owner could read in ten seconds flat.
Research repository · 2024
Interview clips, tags, and quotes in one searchable place, so a research finding is never more than two clicks from its source.
Brand system · 2023
A visual identity and component library for a plant-care subscription, built to hold up across packaging, app, and email.
approach
Not a framework I perform for clients — just the order that keeps a project honest, from a napkin sketch to something people actually use.
Sit with the problem before the screen. Talk to the people who’ll use it, and write down what actually has to be true.
Map the flow and the data before the visuals. Most design problems are information problems wearing a color palette.
Build the system, not just the screen — type scale, spacing, states — so it holds up past the first ten screens.
Get it in front of real users fast, in code when I can. A shipped v1 teaches more than a polished mockup.
get in touch
I take on a small number of projects at a time. If yours needs product design, a design system, or a hand shipping the front end, say hello.
